Yes. Your knife will be made to match the product photos as closely as possible. Since every item is handmade and crafted to order, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Small variations in the wood grain, handle pattern, color, finish, or other natural details are normal and are part of the character of a handcrafted knife. These differences do not affect the quality, functionality, or craftsmanship of your knife—they simply make each piece one of a kind.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase receipt and order details. If you created an account, you can also view your order history and receipts by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.
If you can't find your receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to send you another copy.
Because each knife is handmade and crafted to order, production typically takes 7–14 business days before shipment.
Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
