Hand-forged Filipino balisongs, supplied at volume

We forge every knife ourselves in the Batangas tradition, so there is no importer, no trading house and no third country between you and the bench. 159 models in production, your logo on the bolster if you want it, and full private label if you would rather the knife carried your name than ours.

What we can offer you

We do not work from a fixed trade list, because a run of twenty engraved trainers and a private label run built from your own drawing are not the same job and should not be priced as though they were. Tell us what you are planning and you will have a written quote and a real lead time. This is what is on the table.

Any model in the range

All 159 models are available at volume, and you can mix models, steels and handle materials freely inside one order. You are never forced onto a single SKU just to reach a quantity.

Your logo on the bolster

Cut into the brass or steel rather than printed on, so it will still be there in twenty years. You approve a proof showing exact placement and size before a single knife is touched.

Names, dates and numbering

Individual names for an awards run, a date for an anniversary, or sequential batch and serial numbers for a limited edition your customers can collect.

Trainer version of anything

The same knife with the final sharpening pass left off. Identical steel, weight, pivots and action. Where the live blade is restricted, this is very often the version you can sell freely.

Private label and OEM

Your brand on the blade, the sheath and the box, with no mention of us anywhere in it. The knife arrives ready to sell as yours.

Built to your drawing

Send a sketch, a CAD file, a photograph or a knife you already like, and we will make it. Or build the specification yourself in the configurator and send us the link.

Your choice of steel

Hand-forged Damascus, VG-10, D2 tool steel, 440C stainless and traditional high carbon, so we can build toward the shelf price you need to hit rather than the one that suits us.

Presentation that matches the gift

Fitted leather sheath, slip pouch, branded box or a handmade wooden presentation box, with your own printed card inserts if you want them.

Samples before you commit

Order one or two of the exact specification first. Steel, balance and action are far easier to judge in the hand than on a screen, and it tells you how the piece will present to your own customer.

Product photography

Stocking partners can use our product images in their own listings, so you are not paying for a photo shoot before you have sold anything.

Held stock and scheduled restock

For repeat partners we will hold a production slot and restock on a schedule, so the models that actually sell for you never go dark for a month.

Early access and exclusivity

First look at new models before they go public, and on private label work, a design that stays yours rather than turning up in someone else’s shop next season.

Discreet dispatch

If you are shipping on to your own customers, cartons, inserts and paperwork can go out without our branding anywhere on them.

Worldwide, insured and tracked

Packed for the distance, honest paperwork with the correct country of origin, and tracking sent to you the day the order leaves the bench.

There is no published trade price list on this page, and that is deliberate. What a run costs depends on the models, the steel, the handle material, the quantity, the engraving and how it is packed, and quoting that properly takes a short conversation rather than a table. Send us the specification and you will have a written quote, or a straight question back, inside one working day.

Marks are cut into the bolster rather than the blade face, so an engraved knife is still a knife somebody would want to carry. You approve a proof before any steel is touched. More on how it is done on the engraving page.

What you can specify

Blade steel

Hand-forged Damascus in twist, raindrop, ladder and mosaic patterns. VG-10 super steel, D2 tool steel, 440C stainless and traditional high carbon.

Handle

Carabao horn, black horn, kamagong ebony, rosewood, wenge, stag antler, camel bone, mother of pearl, micarta and G10, with brass, copper, titanium or Damascus bolsters.

Marking

Logo, company name, custom text, dates, batch or serial numbering, cut into the bolster. Sharp or trainer, the mark sits in the same place.

Edge

Live blade or unsharpened trainer, specified per order or split across one. Same knife either way, right down to the weight and the swing.

Presentation

Fitted leather sheath, slip pouch, branded box or a handmade wooden presentation box, with your own card inserts if you want them.

Finish

Mirror polish, satin, stonewash or a darkened traditional finish, matched across a batch so a display case looks like a set rather than a collection.

Not sure what to specify? The custom balisong builder lets you choose every part of a knife and see the specification build up as you go. Put together the piece you have in mind there, send us the link, and we will quote the same specification as a run.

Who we supply

A traditional Filipino blacksmith workshop in Batangas with a glowing forge and anvil
The workshop the knives actually come from. No importer, no white label factory, no third country in the middle.

Why the origin is worth stocking

The balisong is a Filipino knife. It carries the name of Batangas, where families have been making them by hand for generations, and almost every butterfly knife sold in the West today is made somewhere else entirely by people with no connection to that tradition at all.

It is the story your listing needs

Two knives on a shelf at the same price look identical until one of them has a place, a tradition and a maker behind it. That is the half of the sale a generic import cannot make for you.

You can make the claim honestly

We publish where the knives come from and how they are made, so nothing on your product page has to be vague. Read the whole account on our origin page.

Hand work you can point at

Forged, ground, fitted, finished and tuned one knife at a time. Grain in the horn, pattern in the Damascus, and no two pieces in a batch that are perfectly identical.

How a trade order runs

  1. Tell us what you needModels or steels, rough quantity, sharp or trainer, whether you want your logo on them, and when you need it in hand.
  2. Quote and samplesA written quote against your exact specification, with a real lead time, inside one working day. Order a sample or two first if you would rather judge the steel yourself.
  3. Artwork proofIf there is a logo, you see exactly how it will sit on the bolster and at what size. Nothing is cut until you say yes.
  4. ProductionForged, ground, heat treated, fitted, finished and tuned by hand, one knife at a time, in the order they were promised.
  5. InspectionEvery piece is checked before it is wrapped. Anything that is not right does not go in the box.
  6. Shipped and trackedPacked for the distance, shipped worldwide, insured and tracked. You get the tracking the day it leaves.
Branded gift boxes with tissue and card inserts for corporate knife orders

The part other suppliers leave out

Balisongs are restricted in more places than most knives, and that is your risk as the reseller, not ours. We would rather say so plainly than let you find out after the cartons land.

Check your own market first

Rules vary by country, and inside the United States they vary by state and sometimes by city. Some places allow ownership but not carry. Some ban the live blade and allow the trainer. Confirm what you can legally sell before you commit to a quantity.

Trainers are the safe SKU

A trainer is the identical knife with the final sharpening pass left off. In restricted markets it is very often the version you can sell freely, and it is what flipping clubs and schools buy anyway. See the trainer range.

Duty and import are yours

We ship worldwide, insured and tracked, with honest paperwork and correct country of origin. Import duty, customs clearance and any local permit are the buyer’s responsibility.

Engraved stock is final

Once your logo is cut into a batch it cannot be sold to anyone else, so engraved and private label runs are non-returnable. That is exactly why we make you approve the proof first.

Wholesale questions

Do you publish a wholesale price list?

No, and it is a deliberate choice. What a run costs depends on the models, the steel, the handle material, the quantity, the engraving and how it is packed, and a fixed table would either overcharge the simple jobs or underquote the complicated ones. Send us the specification and you will have a written quote inside one working day.

What is the minimum order?

There is no single number. An engraved model from the existing range starts far lower than a private label knife built from scratch to your own drawing. Tell us what you are planning and we will give you the exact figure for that job rather than a general one.

Can you engrave our company logo?

Yes, cut into the bolster rather than the blade face, so the knife still looks like a knife rather than a promotional item. You approve a proof showing exact placement and size before anything is cut.

Can we sell them under our own brand?

Yes. Private label and OEM runs carry your name on the blade, the sheath and the packaging, with no mention of us, and we will build to your drawings, CAD files or a sample knife.

How long does a wholesale order take?

Models we are holding in stock leave in one to three business days. Engraved runs add a little for the artwork proof and the marking. Anything forged to order, including private label, gets a real date confirmed with your quote rather than a guess here.

Can we order samples before committing?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Steel, balance and action are much easier to judge in the hand than on a screen, and a sample also lets you see how the piece presents to your own customer before you order a run of them.

Can we order trainers instead of live blades?

Yes. A trainer is the same knife without the final sharpening pass, so the steel, the weight and the action are identical. In restricted markets it is often the only version you can sell, and clubs and schools buy them by the box.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide, insured and tracked, with correct country of origin on the paperwork. Import duty, customs clearance and any local permits are the buyer’s responsibility, and balisong law varies by country and by US state, so check your own market first.

Do you supply product photography?

Yes. Stocking partners get our product images to use in their own listings, so you can go live without arranging a separate shoot.

What payment terms do you offer?

Terms are confirmed with your quote. We invoice in US dollars, and for established stockists placing repeat orders there is room to discuss how that is handled.

Can we order a design nobody else can sell?

Yes. On private label and signature series work the design stays yours, and we will not run it for anyone else. Say so in your enquiry and we will put it in writing with the quote.

Tell us what you need

The more you can tell us here, the more useful the first reply is. Models or steels, rough quantity, sharp or trainer, engraving, packaging and the date you need it landed. If you already know exactly what you want, say so and we will come back with a firm quote rather than questions.

One working day for a written reply. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details on.

Would rather just talk it through? Send us a line about what you are planning and we will take it from there.
