The balisong originates in Batangas in the Philippines. Ours are made by Filipino artisans and metalworkers, many from families with generations of experience, now working in the United States.
They are offered as live blades and as trainers at the same price, in 440C stainless, D2 tool steel, VG10, high carbon and Damascus, with handles in kamagong ebony, carabao horn, Philippine deer horn and bone. Every knife includes a fitted leather sheath, and any of them can be engraved on the bolster: initials or a short line of text for $19, your own logo for $29.
